Oversized eight-foot high French doors open onto the private back patio from both the dining room and the master bedroom. The covered portion of the patio offers a sitting area with outdoor ceiling fan and gas grill.

The gourmet kitchen features hickory cabinets with sand-cast bronze hardware; Kitchen Aid stainless side-by-side fridge, gas range, and microwave; super quiet stainless Bocsh dishwasher; and Zodiac granite quartz countertops. Dine at the kitchen bar or in the formal dining area opening onto the covered patio.

The luxurious master suite includes a king size bed, corner gas fireplace, sitting area, large walk-in closet, and a private bath with walk-in shower, oversized jetted tub, and separate vanities.
